Why do people have such a hard time achieving goals and making big changes to become the person they want to be and create the life of their dreams? If they want it so bad, and life is so hard the way it is, and they’re willing to put in effort, why are some things so unachievable? The answer is good news/bad news, it’s in the neurology and the subconscious. The good news is that once you identify, unpack, and change it, it pretty much works on its own. Then the life of you wanted just seems to unfold right in front of you while it seems like you’re not doing anything different. The bad news is, that it’s not that easy to do using traditional methods like talk therapy. I’ve trained in many different healing modalities, I know what worked for me, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned as my life’s work. If you’re in Santa Cruz pointed toward Hawaii but you’re off by one degree, in a mile you’re not far off course. However, by the time you get there, that one degree will take you so far off course you’ll completely miss the islands. The work I do with people makes that small shift and as you move forward in life you’ll simply find yourself where you always wanted to be.

EATING DISORDERS
E.D. is one of the most dangerous of all disorders and even though ‘eating’ is in the name they’re about much more than just food. E.D. is a complex mental health condition that requires an intervention or interrupt in the subconscious.
It’s estimated that 30 million people in the US will have an eating disorder in their lifetime. Hypnosis and NLP are tools that essentially ‘hack the brain’ to create the intervention so a different choice is easy.
ADDICTION
There are many different figures out there, but there are over 50 million addicts in the US struggling with a wide range of things including; alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling, pornography, video games, even Internet addiction (social media etc.). This condition requires an interrupt in the subconscious which again is easier said than done. Hypnosis and NLP are the most effective tools for change and they’re quicker than anything else I know.
OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
OCD starts with thoughts (about germs for example), which lead to feelings, (fear anxiety etc.), then usually and activity like hand washing witch relieves the anxiety for a while.
Then after a while the cycle starts up again. These conditions require an interrupt in the subconscious which is obviously easier said than done. Hypnosis and NLP are some of the most effective tools for change and they’re quicker than anything else I know.
